Besafe Helps Customers Move Closer to a Paperless Office

Besafe, like many of our customers are constantly looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and use of resources and creating the option of paperless invoicing was an obvious step.
PHS Besafe has helped move it's customers closer to a paperless office environment with the advent of emailable invoices.
This offers customers a number of advantages including:
- A quicker more direct form of contact, reducing the time taken for contact to reach customers, and removing the possibility of items getting lost in the post
- Helping to save on paper and envelope resources, making it an environmentally friendly option
Paula Ashington, Besafe's Customer Service Manager commented "Like many of our customers, we're constantly looking at ways to reduce our carbon footprint and use of resources and creating the option of paperless invoicing was an obvious step."
"We're always looking for ways to help our customers, and being able to email invoices is something we were increasingly being asked for. Our online laundry web application is also designed to help customers, by allowing them to log in and see real time information on their account, as well as run designated reports".
