The next-to-skin and mid-layers are manufactured from a unique lightweight fabric which offers unrivalled levels of breathability and movement which will not melt, drip or fuse on contact with an arc flash. The outer layers are manufactured from a durable, anti-static medium weight fabric, and offers a unique true high visibility coverall with arc protection. Each layer offers an ATPV level, which can combine to offer a triple layer performance of 30-50cal/cm2.

Arc risks aren’t restricted to the indoor environment, therefore for those employees working outdoors, arc protective outerwear is a must. Our range encompasses a Gore-Tex arc resistant outerwear option offering wind resistance, water resistance and breathability.

All next to skin Arc:Gear garments are made from patented fabric that ensures:

• Construction using flat lock seams for comfortable, smooth, flat seams

Our range of workwear offers no-nonsense, quality garments in a range of colours, sizes and styles. Suitable for use in all environments, these are manufactured from a tough range of poly-cotton and cotton rich fabrics, which are designed to look good for longer.

On trousers and coveralls in this range, we also offer a free facility to tailor them to employees required leg length.
